Parents

• Sign the Technology Acceptable Use Agreement
   
• If you have not already, fill out the House Shirt Order Form
  This coming school year, ALL students will receive a new House shirt and new students will be placed into a House and then receive a House shirt. Middle and Upper Division students will learn their placement and receive their House shirt at their annual class retreats and Lower Division placements will be revealed and House shirts will be received during their first Lower Division assembly. If you are a new family, please select "New Student (Not yet assigned)" under House Name. Please complete and submit the form by Friday, August 11, 2023. Fill out the form here.
   
• Morning Transportation Survey
  Academy at the Lakes plans to offer morning transportation service once again during the 2023-24 school year. If you are interested in morning transportation, please complete the below survey by Monday, June 26.

  We are in the process of updating some of our Elective Choices for the new school year so please keep an eye out for the 7^th/8^th Grade Elective Letter and Selection Formstack to be emailed home in July.
